Our iPhone apps
This section covers the Bible Story by Story and King James Bible apps, published by Gus Digital Solutions. Effective October 11, 2026.
What stays on your device
The apps store your saved chapters, the last chapter you read, and your settings (Bible edition, language, text size and appearance) on your device only. Search queries are kept in memory while you search and are not saved. No account is needed.
What we collect
Nothing. The apps have no server connection to us, no cloud sync, no ads, no analytics or tracking, and no purchases. They do not send us your saved chapters, reading position, settings or searches, and they do not ask for your microphone, camera, location or contacts.
Read aloud
Read aloud hands the chapter text to your iPhone's built-in speech voices. The app does not record your voice or upload the text.
Links to other services
If you open a YouTube channel or text-source link, it opens outside the app and that service's own privacy policy applies (Google/YouTube). The apps don't add your reading history or searches to those links.
Your choices
Remove saved chapters in Saved, and change preferences in Settings. Deleting an app removes its data from that device; device backups may keep a copy according to your iPhone settings.
Contact
If you email us at gus@gusdigitalsolutions.com, we use your message only to reply, and we delete it on request. If an app ever adds accounts, analytics or sync, we will update this policy first.
This website
Saved passages, reading preferences and your analytics choice stay in this browser. Reading requires no account or email address.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity can measure visits, clicks to our channels and use of the site. You can decline analytics or change your choice through Privacy preferences. Clarity can collect interactions and session recordings; sensitive text fields are masked.
Videos and external services
Story pages show a video thumbnail from YouTube’s image servers. The YouTube player loads only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube’s privacy policy applies from then on. Links to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok open those services, and their own privacy policies apply.
Children
This website is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and reading requires no account.
